Chairman Speech
In this age of excellence in science and technology, there is no room for Bangladesh to lag behind. Our aim is to create opportunities for self-employment through modern and career-oriented education based on information technology in the economic development of Bangladesh.
Prinicipal Speech
Bangladesh is a small populous country. The largest population lives in a small area. Therefore, we believe that there is no alternative to vocational or technical education if we want to transform the hand of this larger population into action. Even a decade ago, the rate of technical education in Bangladesh was only 2 to 3 percent; At present it has improved to 13 percent. The current government’s goal is to improve this education by 50 percent by 2030.
About Us
Institute of Engineering and Technology, (IET) Rangpur, is a well-reputed Private Polytechnic Institute located in Haragach Road, Rangpur. This is the first Private Polytechnic Institute in Rangpur Division & It was established in 2003 under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). It has completed its glorious journey of 18 years & Is constantly improving. This is used as the only exam center for BTEB among all Private Polytechnic in Rangpur Division. And, also used for the RTO, RPL, CBT&A program under NTVQF.
